PRICING
What does it cost to get your book recorded?

While 9,000 printed words is approximately an hour of recorded reading time, it may take the combined efforts of a narrator and sound engineer three or more hours to complete. However, we have a simple system and charge for only the total time of the recorded reading and uploading of the audio file to a platform selected by the author.

We charge $150 for each finished hour of the recorded reading and $50 per hour for uploading the audio file.

For example, once an audio book has been completed, if the total recorded time for the entire book is ten hours long, the recording charge would be $1,500 (10hrs @ $150/hr). If the book is five hours long, this charge would be $750.
Our minimum charge is $300.

Please note that our audio book production is limited to the professional recording of it: we do not include marketing, sales, distribution or book cover design.
